How Transactions Work
By using Ordame's platform, customers acknowledge that all transactions made through restaurant websites powered by Ordame will appear on their bank statement with 'Ordame' listed as the trading partner.
Ordame partners with Stripe, a trusted payment gateway, to process all payments securely.
When customers make a purchase, the payment is processed via Ordame's system, and the funds are forwarded to the respective restaurant after deducting any service fees.
Understanding Your Bank Statement
This is due to Ordame facilitating the payment process on behalf of the restaurant. While this may differ from what you may expect, please be assured that the charge is for your order with the restaurant listed on the website.
